When YourTradebase is the better choice
- You want reminders sent for you. YourTradebase lists automatic invoice reminders. Knockround opens each reminder in your own WhatsApp or texts for you to send.
- You use Xero or QuickBooks. YourTradebase connects to both. Knockround exports CSV.
- You want longer to try it. Its trial is 30 days, and after it the account becomes a free one with limits.
- You need VAT invoices. Knockround doesn't do VAT invoicing yet.
When Knockround is the better choice
- You want one price. £19.99 a month for the business. Workers cost nothing extra and see the round and customer details, never prices or payments.
- The same customers come back. Each customer returns at their own interval, from weekly to once a year, with a confirm-or-skip message the night before from your own number.
- You want paying on the doorstep. Every invoice has a Pay button for Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, by link or a QR code on your phone, and Knockround adds nothing to Stripe's fee. How it works.
- You message customers on WhatsApp. Quotes, invoices and reminders open in your own WhatsApp, written for you.
