Knockround · 7 days free, no card needed
A Tradify alternative for one price
Tradify charges per user and does a lot. Knockround is £19.99 a month for the whole business, for trades who quote, do the work and want paying on the spot.
7 days free with no card needed, then £19.99 a month or £199 a year. No contract. See pricing.
The short answer
Tradify is a full job management app priced per user, with certificates, progress invoicing and accounting sync. Knockround is one price for the whole business, built around repeat customers and quoted jobs together, with a Pay button on every invoice. If you need electrical certificates or Xero sync in the same app, stay with Tradify. If you mostly quote, do the work and want paying on the spot, Knockround costs less and does that part simply.
Knockround is our app, so read this knowing that. Tradify's details come from its own UK pricing page, checked on 29 October 2026.

When Tradify is the better choice
- You need certificates. Tradify's pricing page lists digital electrical certificates such as the EICR, EIC and PAT. Knockround doesn't do certificates.
- You sync with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks. Tradify lists sync with all three. Knockround exports CSV.
- You invoice in stages or need VAT invoices. Tradify lists progress invoicing. Knockround doesn't do VAT invoicing yet.
- You run timesheets and subcontractors. Tradify lists both. Knockround keeps a team simple.
When Knockround is the better choice
- You want one price. £19.99 a month for the business, however many customers, jobs and quotes.
- The same customers come back. Each customer can return at their own interval, from weekly to once a year, and appear on the day they're due, with a confirm-or-skip message the night before from your own number.
- You want paying on the doorstep. Every invoice has a Pay button for Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, by link or a QR code on your phone, and Knockround adds nothing to Stripe's fee. How it works.
- You message customers on WhatsApp. Quotes, invoices and reminders open in your own WhatsApp or texts, written for you, with no charge per message.
