Who we are

Knockround is run by Joseph Samadi, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email hello@knockround.co.uk.

What we collect on this website

If you join early access we keep what you type in the form: your name, email, and if you give them, your mobile, trade, round size, the app you use now and your note. To stop the form being abused we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, which cannot be turned back into the address.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about Knockround: setting you up, moving your round across and telling you when it's ready. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and you can take it back at any time.

Where it's kept and for how long

Your details are stored in Cloudflare's database in the European Union. Cloudflare hosts this website and acts as our processor. We keep early-access details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

Who we share it with

No one else. We never sell your details or pass them to marketers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@knockround.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The Knockround app

When the app opens to cleaners, it will use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your customers' details stay yours: we hold them only to run the app for you, in the EU, and you can download or delete them at any time. A full notice for the app will be published here before it opens.
