Repeat cleans at each customer's own interval
Exterior cleaning mixes regular work with one-off jobs: bins every four weeks, solar panels twice a year, gutters once a year, and a driveway or patio whenever someone asks. Give each customer their own interval, from weekly to once a year, and they appear on the calendar and the day's list when they're due.
One-off work moves across a board from enquiry to quote, booked, done and paid. The round demo is set up as a window cleaning round; an exterior cleaning round works the same way, with your own customers, prices and intervals.
Customers confirm or skip the night before
The night before, each customer due can get a message from your own number with a link to reply "See you then" or "Skip this time", and a skip shows on your list for the day. Today puts the stops in order with your access notes and anything still owed.
When your prices go up, raise them by a percentage or an amount for every customer or one area, and see the change before anything is saved. Reports show what the round is worth in a year and what you earn an hour in each area.
Paid on the doorstep or from a link
Show the QR code to customers who are in, and send the invoice by WhatsApp, text or email to those who aren't. They pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. Customers who pay by transfer get your bank details and a payment reference, and you can match their payments from your bank statement. How card payments work.

Add a customer once, see them every time they're due
A made-up example: a sole trader adds a new gutter customer at 52 weeks and a solar panel customer at 26 weeks in October. When each is due, they appear on the day's list without anyone writing a reminder, and the night before they get a message with "See you then" or "Skip this time". A driveway enquiry from the same street goes on the board as a quote.
