A kitchen extension enquiry, a fence repair and a run of small jobs for a landlord each need something different from you. Knockround puts every job on one board, from enquiry to quote sent, booked, done and paid, with the day's planner and the map beside it. You can see at a glance which quotes need an answer and which dates are agreed.

Quotes with every part of the job on its own line
Build the quote on your phone with each part of the work as its own line, with a quantity and a price, and add a deposit to secure the booking if you take one. Send it by WhatsApp, text, email or a link. The customer opens it on their phone and taps Accept, the job moves to Booked and you get an email to say so.
A deposit shows on the quote with your bank details, so the customer can pay it by transfer before you start.
Paid by card when the job's done
Send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap, by text or email, or show the QR code on your phone. Your customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card on Stripe's secure page, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. Bank transfers still work: your bank details and a payment reference go on every invoice. How card payments work.
Small jobs and big jobs need different records

Keep the big quote from hiding behind the small jobs
A made-up example: a handyman has three small jobs booked on Thursday, a bathroom quote waiting for an answer and a new enquiry about a garden wall. The bathroom stays in Quote sent and the wall stays in Enquiry, each with its own next step, so neither gets lost behind the week's small jobs. Thursday's jobs are invoiced from the van as each one finishes.

Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote and it shows with your bank details, so the customer can pay it by transfer to secure the booking.
Does it do estimating or CIS?
No. Knockround runs the jobs, quotes and payments. Take-offs, project costing and CIS returns stay in the tools and accounts software you use for them.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.
