About Knockround

A practical place for the day's admin

Knockround is a web-based job, quote and round management product for UK tradespeople. It is being built for businesses that work at customers' properties and need to keep the next visit, the next quote and the next payment clear.

There are two starting points: recurring rounds for window cleaners and job management for trades such as plumbing, electrical work and roofing. Cleaning businesses can also explore the cleaning demo. The focus is day-to-day organisation from a phone, with a larger view on a computer when you need it.

Where the product is today

Knockround is in early access. The public demo is available to explore with fictional customer records on real Doncaster streets. Those example names, balances and jobs are demonstration data, not customer testimonials or evidence of business results. The demo sends no messages to real customers.

Early access is arranged with the team. Planned pricing is £19.99 a month or £199 a year, with 30 days free and no card. Use the early-access form to describe your trade and current setup, or email us directly.

Invoices, VAT handling, card payment links and Direct Debit are not live. The WhatsApp workflow prepares a message for you to review and send using your own number; it does not deliver messages automatically. Keep your existing arrangements for anything the product does not yet cover.
