Every oven back when it's due
A customer who was pleased with their oven will usually book again, if you're the one who remembers. Set each customer to come back at their own interval, every 26 weeks for a busy family kitchen or every 52 for most homes, and they appear on the calendar and the day's list when they're due. The night before, each customer due can get a message from your own number with a link to reply "See you then" or "Skip this time", and a skip shows on your list.

A line for each appliance
Oven cleaning is priced by the appliance: a single oven, a double, a range, the hob, the extractor, the microwave. Put each on its own line on the quote or invoice, with a quantity and a price, so the customer sees what they're paying for and an add-on like the hob is easy to say yes to.

Paid before the oven's cooled
When the oven's back in, show the QR code on your phone or send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap. The customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card on their own phone, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. How card payments work.

Do I need a card reader?
No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.
Can a letting agent pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice shows your bank details and a payment reference, and you can match transfers from your bank statement.
Can I bring my customer list across?
Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV, up to 2,000 rows at a time, or email us your export and we'll help free.
