Parts and labour on the quote
Most mobile mechanic jobs start with a message: what's wrong, what car, where is it. Send a quote line by line, with the parts and the labour on separate lines, by WhatsApp, text, email or link. The customer taps Accept, the job moves to Booked and you get an email, so there's a record of exactly what they agreed to. If the car needs more once you've started, quote the extra before you do it.

Every job on one board
Enquiries, quotes sent, booked jobs, done and paid sit in columns on one board, so a job waiting for a part doesn't get forgotten. The day's list puts your visits in order with the address and your notes for each. See it in the jobs board demo, with made-up customers.
Paid at the roadside
When the job's done, show the QR code on your phone or send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap. The customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. Service customers who come back
Set a customer who has a yearly service to come back every 52 weeks, and they appear on the calendar when they're due, with a message the night before from your own number. A customer you serviced last year is the easiest booking you'll get.

No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.
Can I keep the car details with the customer?
Yes. Each customer has notes for the car, the registration and anything you need to remember next time.
