Quotes for the whole job

A patio, a fence or a new lawn is priced once and talked about for weeks. Send the quote line by line, with groundwork, materials, labour and skip hire on their own lines, by WhatsApp, text, email or link. The customer taps Accept, the job moves to Booked and you get an email, so there's a dated record of what they said yes to. The quote or estimate guide explains why a fixed price is worth giving.

Deposits and stage payments

Ask for a deposit before you order materials, and tie bigger jobs to stages: the groundwork done, the slabs laid, the job finished. Send each invoice with a Pay button, and the customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card from their phone, or by bank transfer with your details and a reference. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top.

From enquiry to paid on one board

Maintenance after the build

A customer with a new garden often wants it looked after. Set them up as a regular at their own interval, from weekly to once a year, and they appear on the calendar when they're due, with a message the night before from your own number. The gardening page shows how regular customers work.

Yes. Fencing, driveways and patios are on the trade list at sign-up, and every job runs the same way: quote, accept, book, invoice, paid.

Do I need a card reader?

No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.

Can I bring my customer list across?

Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV, up to 2,000 rows at a time, or email us your export and we'll help free.
