A quote with every part of the fit on its own line
A kitchen or bathroom quote is a list: strip out, first fix, units or suite, worktops, tiling, second fix, making good. Build it on your phone after the survey with each part as its own line, a quantity and a price, and add a deposit to secure the start date if you take one. Send it by WhatsApp, text, email or a link. The customer taps Accept, the job moves to Booked and you get an email to say so.
The deposit shows on the quote with your bank details, so it can be paid by transfer before you order anything.

Final payment before the tools are packed
On the last day, send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap, by text or email, or show the QR code on your phone. The customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote and it shows with your bank details, so the customer can pay it by transfer to secure the booking. Our deposit guide covers what to put on the quote.
Can I send a quote from the survey?
Yes. Build it on your phone on the driveway and send it before you leave. The free job quote template helps you set out the lines.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.
