Contract visits and call-outs in one place
Pest control runs on two kinds of work. Contract customers (a restaurant, a warehouse, a block of flats) get inspections at a set interval for as long as the contract runs. Call-outs (a wasp nest, mice in a loft, rats under a decking) come in by phone, often need more than one visit, and are paid as a job.
Knockround handles both. Set each contract customer to come back every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or whatever you've agreed, and they appear on the calendar and the day's list when they're due. Paid on the doorstep, or invoiced to the business
Send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap, by text or email, or show the QR code on your phone. Your customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. A made-up week
A one-person pest control business has six restaurant contracts on a six-weekly cycle, a rat treatment on its second of three visits and a new call about a wasp nest. Can a contract customer pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice carries your bank details and a payment reference, and you can match transfers from your bank statement.
Can I bring my customer list across?
