Call-outs logged before you're back in the van
A locksmith's day is mostly people who need you now: locked out, a snapped key, a lock to change after a break-in. Add the job on your phone with the customer, the address and what you did, so it doesn't live only in your call log. Every job sits on one board, from enquiry to booked, done and paid, with the day's list in order.
Planned work, like a landlord's lock changes between tenants or a shop's new locks, goes on the same board as a quote with a line for each door or lock. The customer taps Accept and it moves to Booked. Try it on the jobs board demo, with made-up customers.
Paid on the doorstep, without a card reader
Once the door's open, show the QR code on your phone or send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap. The customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card on their own phone, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. How card payments work.

Do I need a card reader?
No. Customers pay on their own phone, from the invoice link or by scanning the QR code on yours.
Can a landlord pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice shows your bank details and a payment reference, and you can match transfers from your bank statement.
Can I bring my customer list across?
Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV, up to 2,000 rows at a time, or email us your export and we'll help free.
