Knockround · 7 days free, no card needed

Software for chimney sweeps

Every customer's sweep comes back on its own when it's due, the autumn rush in order on the map, and invoices paid by Apple Pay or card before you leave.

7 days free with no card needed, then £19.99 a month or £199 a year. No contract. See pricing.

Your sweeps come back when they're due

A chimney sweep's year is a round: the same customers, once or twice a year, with most of them wanting a date in the autumn before the fire goes on. Keeping that in a diary means writing next year's visits by hand and hoping nobody gets missed.

In Knockround, set each customer to come back every 52 weeks, or every 26 for a customer who burns wood all winter and wants two sweeps, and they appear on the calendar and the day's list when they're due. The night before, each customer can get a message from your own number with a link to reply "See you then" or "Skip this time". Try it on the round demo, set up as a window round; a sweep's round works the same way with your own customers and intervals.

Fit the autumn rush into the days you have

When everyone wants September and October, the order matters. Today puts the day's sweeps in order with the map, so you can group the customers in one village on one day. One-off work (a bird guard, a cowl, a stove inspection someone's asked about) goes on a separate board from enquiry to quote, booked, done and paid, so it doesn't get lost among the regular sweeps.

What to keep with each customer
KeepWhy it helps
Appliance and fuelAn open fire, a multi-fuel stove or a range: the kit and time you'll need.
Interval and last sweepSo they come back when they're due, not when they remember to ring.
Access notesParking, pets, which room, who's in.
PriceThe same price each year, until you change it.

Paid before the dust sheets are folded

Send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap, by text or email, or show the QR code on your phone. Your customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top. Customers who pay by transfer get your bank details and a payment reference on every invoice. How card payments work.

Put your prices up once, for everyone

When your costs go up, raise prices by a percentage or a set amount for every customer, or for one area, in one go, instead of changing them one by one.

What you get for £19.99 a month

  • Unlimited customers, each with their own interval, price and notes
  • Today in order with the map, and the four-week calendar
  • Quotes for one-off work that customers accept with a tap
  • Invoices customers pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card
  • Messages by WhatsApp or text from your own number, one tap each

Or £199 a year. The first 7 days are free with no card needed, and there's no contract. Direct Debit and VAT invoicing aren't in it yet.

Questions sweeps ask

Does it make sweep certificates?

No. Keep giving your certificate the way you do now. Knockround runs the round, the bookings and the payments.

Can customers say they don't want this year's sweep?

Yes. The reply link has "Skip this time", and a skip shows on your list for the day.

Can I bring my customer list across?

Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV, up to 2,000 rows at a time, or email us your export and we'll help free.
