Carpet cleaning enquiries come with the same questions: how many rooms, the stairs and landing, a rug, a sofa, a stain that's been there since Christmas. Bring customers back every year
A customer who was happy with their carpets will usually have them done again, if you're the one who remembers. Set them to come back every 52 weeks, or every 26, and they appear on the calendar when they're due. The night before, they can get a message from your own number to confirm or skip. Offices, holiday lets and landlords on a regular clean work the same way, at their own interval.
Paid while the carpets dry
Send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap, by text or email, or show the QR code on your phone. Your customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top.
