Maintenance washes back when they're due
A customer on a maintenance valet every 2 or 4 weeks is the steady money in a valeting business. Set each customer's interval, from weekly to once a year, and they appear on the calendar and the day's list when they're due. The night before, each customer due can get a message from your own number with a link to reply "See you then" or "Skip this time", so you know whose car will be on the drive.

Details and coatings quoted properly
Full details, paint correction and ceramic coatings are one-off jobs worth quoting in writing. Send the quote line by line by WhatsApp, text, email or link, and the customer taps Accept: the job moves to Booked and you get an email. For a big job, ask for a deposit to hold the date; the deposit guide has wording to copy.
Paid at the car
When you're done, show the QR code on your phone or send the invoice by WhatsApp in one tap. The customer pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, it marks itself paid, and Stripe pays it into your bank. Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card and Knockround adds nothing on top.
